Bread Crumbs Gourmet (350g)

This article has been created for private use (350g), but also for gastronomy. Especially conceivable for delicatessen shops and smaller restaurants. The Schüttelbrot bread crumbs are suitable, for example, for the preparation of breadcrumbs or the crusts of meat dishes .

But also for thickening soups and sauces or as a crispy salad garnish. They are also suitable for adding to homemade pasta. With 95% rye flour content, the crumbs are very healthy and easy to digest.

The basis for this product is the recipe, which has been in the family for generations. It all started with the classic Schüttelbrot at Fritz & Felix. The original contains caraway and fennel: Particularly digestible for the stomach and intestines.
