The Free Monkey is a non-alcoholic Indian Pale Ale from Bolzano, South Tyrol. Master brewer Christian invented it with his own ideas and a modern interpretation. The beer is served in the cool bottle with the “Free Monkey”. A beautiful aroma of grapefruit and citrus, which is complemented by nuances of tropical fruits.
On the palate, there is a balanced combination of light sweetness and pleasant bitterness, which harmoniously balances the malt sweetness. The finely tart finish makes the Free Monkey a refreshing treat that goes particularly well with light dishes, salads and fish. A real isotonic thirst quencher that inspires in every respect.
