The HOI (Hello in South Tyrolean) is a special Pinot Grigio, which is lovingly produced by the Pitzner Brothers on a total of 9 hectares in various individual vineyards. Pitzner is a small winery that plays by the rules of nature : In the vineyard, they work herbicide-free and follow the cycle of nature. It is mindfulness that drives the Pitzner family - honest winemakers, honest wines.
