Most people are familiar with the typical South Tyrolean Marende: Schüttelbrot and bacon on the table. To combine this directly in one product, we invented the Mini Schüttelbrot Bacon. The small but fine difference to a normal Marende: In our country, the finely chopped bacon pieces are already included in the Schüttelbrot.
