The white wine variety Moscato Giallo or Goldmuskateller is an autochthonous grape variety of Italy. In terms of taste, the variety has a distinctly fruity nutmeg note with a mostly refreshing acid structure. We turn our Goldmuskateller into our own sparkling wine with a special unique character. Our Goldmuskateller sparkling wine "Cato", produced according to the "metodo classico" with little residual sweetness (brut), is therefore a rarity.

Optics: Light golden yellow and brilliant
Body: Intense, elegant fullness, lively, delicate acidity, sparkling, persistent finish; the fresh, lively bouquet underlines the typical fruity notes of this sparkling wine
