Vinification:

Variety: 90% Golden Muscat, 10% Pinot Grigio
Vinification: Gentle whole grape pressing 12 hours maceration, natural sedimentation and subsequent temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Expansion: 100% fermentation in stainless steel with fine yeast storage until the beginning of January.

Fragrances:
A true summer dream - pleasant floral notes are guided by a white melon, ripe stone fruit with subtle nutmeg notes embedded in a pleasant mild apricot.

Taste:
Crisp & fresh on the palate and full-bodied in the drink, balanced sweet-acidity ratio, pleasantly spicy-mineral perception with a juicy and long-lasting finish.
