The GOURMET line also includes the mountain apple juice Rouge. Rouge is not only the name of the variety, but is also the color of this mountain apple juice. A bouquet of rhubarb, cherry and red currant. Slightly astringent and very acidic on the palate, the juice has a strong flavour and a wonderful freshness that is retained in the finish. An extraordinary, invigorating juice.

The taste and quality of an apple juice are created when the fruit is still hanging on the tree. All mountain apple varieties are therefore lovingly cultivated by our team at 1,000 m in South Tyrol. The result is wonderful aromas and a unique consistency.

Please always serve in a stemmed glass, between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius.
