In the South Tyrolean mountains, where tradition and craftsmanship have been cultivated for centuries, one company has dedicated itself to crispy enjoyment: Fritz & Felix. Founded in 1960 by Johann Reichhalter in Bolzano, the small bakery has developed into a modern business under the management of his son Erwin, which is nevertheless deeply rooted in the regional baking tradition.

Today, Fritz & Felix produces a variety of baked goods in South Tyrol, all of which have one thing in common: they are made from natural ingredients and are made with care. The assortment ranges from classic Schüttelbrot to mini Schüttelbrot to breadsticks and crostini. Particularly noteworthy are the innovative product variations such as Schüttelbrot pearls with hazelnuts, blackcurrants, cranberries and fennel seeds.

Fritz & Felix attaches great importance to sustainability and regionality. The use of high-quality, natural ingredients and gentle processing reflect the commitment to quality and environmental awareness.
