Currant – Cuvée – 750 ml

The CUVÈE line also includes the mountain apple juice currant. In this cuvée we combine the clear acidity of the currant with the sweetness of the mountain apple. Tart, with a slight bitter note, the currant stands out. The mixing ratio of 85/15 results in the unique cabbage style. The night-black juice is refreshing and balanced. It shows itself with great fullness on the palate and a long finish.

The taste and quality of an apple juice are created when the fruit is still hanging on the tree. All mountain apple varieties are therefore lovingly cultivated by our team at 1,000 m in South Tyrol. The result is wonderful aromas and a unique consistency.

Please always serve in a stemmed glass, between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius.
