Rubinette – 750 ml

The GOURMET line also includes Rubinette mountain apple juice. The apple for this variety is a cross between Golden Delicious and Cox Orange. Even the color of the Rubinette mountain apple juice is elegant: light straw yellow, iridescent with undertones of rosé and apricot. Our Rubinette offers an intense bouquet of aromas such as dried fruit, dates, quince and apricots, seasoned with a subtle vanilla note. Elegant and full-bodied on the palate, the juice delights with a long finish.

The taste and quality of an apple juice are created when the fruit is still hanging on the tree. All mountain apple varieties are therefore lovingly cultivated by our team at 1,000 m in South Tyrol. The result is wonderful aromas and a unique consistency.

Please always serve in a stemmed glass, between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius.
