Tangerine – Cuvée – 200 ml

The CUVÈE line also includes the mountain apple juice mandarin. In this cuvée we combine aromas of the south and the north: mandarins from Ciaculli ripened in the Sicilian sun and home-grown mountain apples kissed by the mountain sun. The characterful mountain apple juice forms the structure, the aromatic mandarin adds sweet and sour taste reflections. The mixing ratio 70/30 results in the unique cabbage style.

The taste and quality of an apple juice are created when the fruit is still hanging on the tree. All mountain apple varieties are therefore lovingly cultivated by our team at 1,000 m in South Tyrol. The result is wonderful aromas and a unique consistency.

Please always serve in a stemmed glass, between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius.
